This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My School is a Title 1 school located in Thornton Colorado. Since COVID 19 our school's goal is to promote tools for critical thinking and social skills .

The STEM tools including the building and math manipulatives will give my students what they need to explore problems and construct new ideas in a fun way.

They will use them in rotating centers periodically every week.

The wobble floor mats help provide flexible seating to keep them comfortable and engaged

The calming kit will update our peace place to offer tools to help them calm down and express their emotions.
