My Project

This project is designed to support our students’ STEM learning through the use of LEGO materials.

“Learning through play has emerged as an important strategy to promote student engagement, inclusion, and holistic skills development.”

We have formed a club that is working to prepare our students to be able to join Lego League next year. They are so excited to work with LEGOs and participate in the challenge. These materials will help them to prepare for all they need to do to be successful next year.

Our students will engage in real-world problem solving strategies through creative STEM challenge tasks. They will use the LEGOs to work in cooperative teams to complete a task in order to solve a problem. The LEGOs will enable our students to explore and learn through play to improve their problem solving skills.

Our students look forward to being able to dig into STEM investigations with LEGOs! Thank you for reading about this project and for any support you can offer to our students!
