it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarteners are curious, energetic, and eager to learn through play. They love building, exploring shapes, and using their imaginations. That’s why I want to provide them with magnetic building tiles—a hands-on learning tool that supports early STEM skills, spatial reasoning, and collaboration.
These colorful magnetic tiles will allow students to build towers, bridges, homes, and anything their imaginations can dream up.
They’re not just playing—they’re learning how shapes work together, how structures stay balanced, and how to work as a team.
We are requesting 1 Set of Magna-Tiles (100-piece set), 1 Set of PicassoTiles (60-piece set), and a storage bin for organizing tiles.
Magnetic tiles are more than toys—they’re powerful tools for:
Encouraging creative play and critical thinking
Supporting early geometry and problem-solving skills
Fostering social-emotional development through collaborative play
Many of my students come from low-income households and do not have access to high-quality, open-ended toys like these at home. Your support will help build not only towers, but also confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
By funding this project, you’ll help give young learners the tools they need to dream big and think critically. You’ll be creating moments of joy and discovery every single day.
Thank you for helping us build a brighter future—one tile at a time!
