My Project
Our therapy room is a vibrant, inclusive space where young learners with autism explore, grow, and thrive. Each child brings a unique perspective and set of strengths, and we work hard to support their development in every way possible. Many of our students face challenges with fine motor skills, which are essential for tasks like writing, cutting, buttoning, and more. With the right tools, they can build confidence and independence.
We are seeking support to provide a variety of fine motor toys and tools specifically designed to engage and support children with autism.
These include items like lacing beads, peg boards, pop tubes, therapy putty, and building blocks. These hands-on materials will help students strengthen their hand muscles, improve coordination, and develop the dexterity they need for everyday tasks.
Fine motor play is not only therapeutic—it’s fun! These toys will be used during structured therapy sessions and free play, giving students the opportunity to learn through joyful, meaningful experiences.
