My Students

I work as a pre-k teacher in a low-income school district. This is my second year teaching as a Spanish teacher in a Dual Program school. Despite the many challenges my students face, I am looking to be able to provide them with the necessary materials they need to be able to shine in and out of my classroom.

My students love to engage in hands on activities, they love to be read to and love the positive attention they get from us.

Many of my students receive free lunches based on their households socioeconomic status. Most of my students come from households with divorce parents, where grandparents and babysitters are more commonly seen. I just want to make sure, that when they walk into our classroom they feel welcome, they feel love and they encounter the materials that will enhance their learning.

By trying my best as a teacher, I hope to inspire my young learners to continue on a path of academic success.

My Project

I have choose a rug for the block/construction area. My students love to build and I am sure that having a rug will make a huge difference. The rug will be place in the block area allowing the student to build comfortable. I will love to see my students enjoying while building.

Your generous donation to our classroom will improve not only the way it will look, but it will also help us improve towards STEAM brains.

This little improvements to the classroom will change our students lives for the better. They will came to school looking forward for a spectacular day each and every day. For our younger learners there is nothing like learning wile having fun.
