This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

With these Tegu Magnetic Blocks, my preschool students will be able to learn with hands-on math and science materials that support STEM concepts of science, math, engineering, and technology.

My students will explore these open-ended STEM materials as they learn the concepts of engineering design, magnets and physical science, numeracy, geometry and technology.

Tegu blocks are open ended allowing each student to work at their developmental level. As a teacher, I can scaffold and differentiate learning for each individual student ensuring success in STEM concepts of math, science and technology. These materials will be available everyday for children to use during work time.
