This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Kids need time to think on their own. By being able to offer different types of materials to play with, we open little minds to big ideas. Building with their hands helps grow our fine motor skills and creative thinking as well as teamwork and the children’s ability to express themselves. A lot of time at school is structured learning time, which is important, but having options for kids to show their strengths in other ways is equally important. Having these building materials helps our students show their ability to shine!
