My Project
Putting manipulatives in the hands of Kindergarten students has been a game changer for our school. Watching them build their number sense has increased over the past few years, and we want to see that continue. These magnetic boards will allow students to build both their number senses and the opportunity to show the different ways a number can be made (addition). A quick visual for educators allows us to see which students have mastered a skill and those that need a little more practice. The dry erase aspect gives students the opportunity to put their number sense to use in an addition or subtraction problem.
Our littles are so eager to lean and by adding this to our day will only increase that eagerness.
