Building a Successful Hyrbid Experience

My Students

My students are dedicated learners but continue to struggle learning virtually. I am an Honors Geometry and AP Stats teacher. This students love math but are being held back due to the struggles of virtual learning. They are hard working and passionate students.

My Project

On February 1st, Henrico County Public Schools will be welcoming students back into their buildings. Sadly, not all students will be returning, placing teachers in a situation where they will need to teach both in-person and virtual students simultaneously. Looking towards the future, I realized I do not have the additional resources necessary to build a successful hybrid classroom. This microphone will allow me to move around my room safely while allowing my virtual students to continue to hear me. I want to build a hybrid class that enables all students to succeed. I usually do not ask for this type of stuff, but I only want what's best for my students.
