This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Imagine walking into a classroom where curiosity is at its peak, and young minds are eager to explore the wonders of science. My 4th and 5th graders are a group of passionate, inquisitive learners who thrive on hands-on experiments and interactive lessons. To keep their enthusiasm alive, we need essential supplies that will support our daily activities and ensure that our science lab is a place where creativity and discovery come to life.

I'm requesting Kleenex Tissues, Elmer's Glue Sticks, EXPO Dry Erase Markers, Amazon Basics #2 Pencils, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, Amazon Basics Hand Sanitizer, Post-it Sticky Notes, and highlighters.

These items may seem basic, but they are the backbone of our lab's functionality. The glue sticks help us build models, the dry erase markers allow us to brainstorm and solve problems on the spot, and the pencils and highlighters keep our notes organized. Cleanliness is crucial, so disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizers are essential to maintain a safe learning environment.

My goal is to create a well-equipped, supportive space where students can dive into scientific concepts without limitations. These young scientists are not only eager to learn but are also creative thinkers who bring unique perspectives to every experiment. Your support will help keep their passion for learning alive and their minds sharp as they explore the world around them.
