Help me give my students comfortable furniture for our classroom library to help build their love for learning and reading tools to help support their literacy development!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
New furniture and reading resources will help create a fun classroom library environment and help foster a love of reading with my students. Many of my students have no access to stories or print materials at home because they do not have books, laptops or Ipads and no Wifi. about half of my students are well below reading level. It is critical that my classroom supports their reading development and also is a positive environment that encourages my students to read. These materials will create a fun and engaging environment for my entire class.
