Help me give my students books that will teach coping mechanisms and stress management techniques that help them develop resilience and emotional regulation skills. These nooks help readers effectively manage their own emotions and cope with challenging situations.

My Project
Our school district boasts the most diverse student population in our state and is the fifth most diverse district in the country! We are a Title I school with an aging library collection and it is time to update and bring in new titles.
It is our mission in the library to make sure that every child sees themselves and their interests well-represented on our shelves.
Social emotional learning books teach coping mechanisms and stress management techniques that help individuals develop resilience and emotional regulation skills. By witnessing the characters' struggles and triumphs, readers learn how to effectively manage their own emotions and cope with challenging situations.
