My Project
Our school district boasts the most diverse student population in our state and is the fifth most diverse district in the country!
It is our mission in the library to make sure that every child sees themselves well-represented on our shelves.
And that means providing books that they love.
Encouraging students to read what they like is critical to creating lifelong readers.
And the kids LOVE manga!
By building our book collection to represent the interests of the student population of the school, students will see that they are valued and respected and capable of achieving what they set their minds to.
