Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love that my students have the desire to pick up these instruments at school and want to try and learn something completely new! Many students would not normally have this opportunity to experience instrumental music at this early of an age. With the books and extra instruments I am able to allow more students to join music and have more resources to use to expand their knowledge; all with no cost or hardship for the students or their families!
With this I hope to give the students a solid foundation in music to not only learn, but give them an experience that will carry into their future music education.
