My Project
Our school district boasts the most diverse student population in our state and is the fifth most diverse district in the country! It is our mission in the library to make sure that every child sees themselves well-represented on our shelves. A very important life-skill, financial responsibility, is rarely taught in schools
Offering age-appropriate, engaging materials that teach financial literacy is an excellent way to supplement the three Rs of traditional education.
They say, "Money makes the world go 'round." Help me give my students a base knowledge of how money works and how to manage it.
