I am getting a new set of students this year. I am so excited to begin this new year with them. My students are excited to be back in person since most of them were virtual all last year. They are ready to learn and excited to see their friends again.
My Project
This year I want to really focus on promoting reading. As a devoted reader myself, I read and learn best when I am comfortable. I want to set up a reading corner in my classroom where the students can enjoying reading sitting on their wobble seats or chairs.
With your help, you will help foster a love of reading and a passion for learning.
Also, I notice with flexible seating students are more focused and willing to engage with their peers or participate more in class. It gives students the chance to make this classroom their home.
