Help me give my students and myself a lifetime Rosetta Stone Spanish Bonus Pack with online service so students and I can learn English in order to communicate better with our Spanish speaking students while they learn Spanish.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are smart insightful students, that but many come from impoverished homes. Our school is located in a low-socioeconomic community that is very diverse ethnically. So, students come from diverse backgrounds. 60% of our students are of Hispanic and Latino descent. 10% Haitians, and 1 student is from Somalia. I love that they are eager to learn and excited about their culture. Many will cry when they arrive because of the challenges they face and I wish to make their transition easier by speaking and welcoming them in their native language. Therefore, many will cry when they arrive because they don't understand their teachers and they are learning a new language and culture. Speaking to them in their native language will show them that I appreciate their culture while helping them to learn English.
Nelson Mandela once stated, "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head, but if you talk to him in his language, that goes to his heart.

Becoming more fluent in Spanish will support them in learning English. It will show them I appreciate their culture! I love them in all their diversity!
My Project
Your gift will allow me to place students online so that they can learn Spanish along with me. The students and I will also be learning a second language that will make us bilingual in a socially changing world while helping us to better communicate with our Spanish speaking students. I believe it is important to show our Spanish speaking students we appreciate their culture and language, and it will help my English speakers to understand the difficulties the English Language Learners face. This will improve our overall learning environment, improve students' learning, and teach all of my students to an appreciation for wonderful diversity in our school!
