My Project
Please help students use their imaginations and create objects using manipulatives in the classroom. During small groups I would like for the students to be able to take a break and use their imagination to create objects to make and count. My students love to build, whether it is with wooden blocks, LEGO sets or other building tools. I have a class FULL of builders. I would love to supply them with new and exciting building tools such as the bristle locks, magnetic balls and rods, straw constructor set, magnetic building sticks, building blocks and interlocking discs featured in this project.
Help me activate the creativity and problem solving in their kindergarten brains, by giving them a variety of building materials to experiment with.
Whenever I have the opportunity to introduce new building sets, my kindergarten students are always bursting with excitement. My students would very much enjoy the building sets and be able to work individually or with a partner rather than in table groups. My class would love to see these sets in our rotation.
