My Project

I teach elementary gifted students from eleven different schools in Kanawha County, West Virginia. I want to enrich my students thinking with board games. Many classic games like chess, Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit, and Pictionary challenge creative and analytical thought processes, giving both sides of the brain something to do. Even the simple act of learning the rules and playing a new game can help their minds grow stronger. I want to go a step further than just playing board games.

I want to provide the supplies and have my students create their own board games for their classmates to play.
