Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want my classroom to be a rich learning environment with student agency in flexible seating and STEM materials! I am a first-year teacher eager to create an engaging and warm classroom community. My students love our STEM materials in the morning to start our day by tinkering and warming up our brains! My students would love more building blocks, and other materials to build and create with. Flexible seating is a must-have to create a classroom with student choice. During our reading time, I let students choose their spots to read. Stools and cushions would greatly benefit their reading time!!
