This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Help our students gain more physical activity and fun through participating in gym. Our students need more equipment to stay active. Physical education promotes learning!!

There is an increasing amount of evidence documenting the beneficial impacts of physical activity on mental health.

Exercise has been proven to be beneficial to students, with studies examining the effects of both short term exercise and more extended periods of activity,

Numerous psychological effects, such as self-esteem, cognitive function, mood, depression, and quality of life, have been studied. Studies show that students who exercise regularly have a better frame of mind.

We need to replace our old footballs, basketballs, and soccer balls. By helping our school with gym equipment, you will be supporting us to establish physical education daily.

This can provide students with the ability and confidence to be physically active for a lifetime.
