Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I will be using the construction paper, glue sticks, tape, stickers and other materials to help my students draw and present and learn new skills by analyzing information, creatively, and questioning their assumptions.

I need these resources as I plan on using the read aloud and Positive Influence model.

In this model each student serves as a positive role model for their peers, inspiring others through their actions, attitude, and behavior Social and emotional.

By incorporating these qualities into a student project, I can create a comprehensive model that embodies the characteristics of an ideal student. Also, by using crowns and celebrating each student's birthday and giving them a small fidget gift, I will make them feel sense of belonging and comfort and help them be part of our classroom community.
