This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students have shown courage, resilience, and positivity during distance learning. I want them to have the best online resources that will inspire their creativity, collaboration, and help them stay engaged with the material. My students need user friendly online materials.
My Project
After the fall semester of distance learning, my students are suffering from Zoom fatigue and low engagement with the material. I want to kick start the second semester with an engaging literature curriculum that involves several collaborative and creative online resources that will help motivate and engage. Distance learning is difficult and I want to provide my students with tested online materials that really improve their learning outcomes. I am not the most tech savvy teacher, so finding quality online resources will be incredibly helpful during distance learning. I want to provide rigorous and creative assignments that are well suited for distance learning. I have found wonderful resources on Teachers Pay Teachers that can assist with teaching literature via distance learning.
