This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Have you ever seen a butterfly & wondered if I can just catch it or hold it. Maybe you wanted to just see the beautiful colors of the wings or even explore a piece of their habitat. Bugs can be beautiful & what better way to learn about bugs than to explore their beautiful habitat!

Students will get a chance to picture themselves in the middle of nature by holding a real life bug in their hands that's incased in its own beauty, so that children will be able to enjoy this experience over & over again.

With magnifying glasses and netting that protects what they view, students will truly be able to enjoy this bugging out experience for years to come so that they can discover a true love for science.
