Help me give my students an amazing experience to learn about the different elements and their properties.

My Project
At the heart of chemistry is the Periodic table. The large fraying periodic table, that hangs in front of my classroom, is the first thing that students see when they enter my classroom. Some of the students are amazed by all the boxes, alphabets and numbers. They want to know what it all means. I am excited to tell them that they will learn a lot about the table this year.
I use the large Periodic Table to engage all my students as we learn about all the different groups and periods of the elements and uncover the different trends in atomic radius, electronegativity, and ionization energy.
The current Periodic Table has served it's purpose for many years and it shows its age. It is frayed and there are marks accidentally made in answering a students question. A brand new Periodic table would light up the classroom and provide many years of engaging chemistry.
