BUCS Success Lounge Initiative

My Project

Creating a dedicated lounge for students to utilize during lunch serves as a tangible reward for their exemplary behavior, reinforcing the principles of our Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. This designated space promotes a positive school culture by providing an environment where students can socialize, relax, and reflect on their achievements. By acknowledging and celebrating their good behavior, we encourage continuous improvement in student conduct, foster a sense of belonging, and ultimately contribute to a supportive educational atmosphere conducive to learning and personal growth. This is our new initiative, we hope our students can buy into.
