This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In loco parentis means to act in place of a parent. As educators, we love and care for our students when they are with us during the school day. That care does not stop there. We often think about their needs long after the school day has ended.
Brushes, combs, lice kits, and detergent are just a few items that our students need to help them have a higher level of comfort, care, and warmth when they are away from the loving arms of their educators.
Knowing they will be well cared for both inside and outside of the school building is a blessing to a teacher. Please help us provide that extra level of care.
