My Students

My World History AP classroom is a place where students are pushed to learn and achieve in ways that they did not know possible. Students are exposed to a collegiate level of world history study as sophomores in high school

They are challenged to develop a global view of history, to learn multiple views of history, and to expand their capacity for analysis and critical thinking.

They take pride in their efforts and are willing to challenge their minds for the sake of learning.

My Project

I am requesting a set of Ross King's Brunelleschi's Dome. I am creating a library of academically appropriate books for AP World History. This library will afford students the opportunity to further their study of world history with the choice of an approved in-depth study.

The ability to read and retain a high level historical text is essential for students that are preparing to go to college.

All texts in this library have been read and approved by the instructor and the catalog has been curated to provide a choice that spans the time periods of history and global regions.
