My Project

It's project week at BGA, and our students are spending the week immersed in the world of theater!

Our students will become playwrights, set designers, costume designers, actors, singers, and audience members as we bring them to experience theater in Boston.

Our students are incredible young people who do not get the kind of exposure to the arts that they need and deserve. Urban public schools are typically underfunded and understaffed, and arts are usually the first subject to be cut or reduced. Project week is a way to bring back, in a limited fashion, arts experiences that are sure to last a lifetime.
