My Students
Students here represent a wide variety of cultures, ethnic groups, orientations, religions, and genders. The entire campus has over 600 students from various neighborhoods.
Film and Multimedia Pathways prepares students for a career in a technical field.
Our middle school has many academic programs to choose from that helps students with academic, leadership, and growth mindset skills. Students are continuously looking for ways to break away from the norms, to learn and experience new things.
What I love most about these exciting programs is the creativity I see from my students. These materials allow students to flourish and truly take ownership for their work.
My Project
Students are 1:1 with tablets and with a plug-in broadcast microphone and a sound box synthesizer, they've go a mobile or in-class broadcast studio! Whether they're career oriented or they're looking for ways to bring their classroom presentations to the next level, these materials give students a whole new world of options.
Kids can create podcasts and online radio programs just like the professionals!
Presentations will never be the same. I want to take multimedia to a whole new level.
CTE students will have access to professional level equipment to produce professional quality broadcasts. Microphones to capture their audio and sound box synthesizers let them create their own sound effects and music.
