My Project

My students create the school announcements to promote school and community events. My students are innovative with the limited tools we have, including teaching me how to use a green screen! It is important to keep this elective course alive so that students can continue to be innovative with technology in the 21st Century!

The items requested in the DonorsChoose.org project will help students continue to be creative and innovative.

At the moment, our resources are very limited. Due to their dedication to supporting our school community with the announcements, my students deserve much better tools!

Students will utilize the cameras to capture themselves as anchors and other segments, including interviews. The microphones and lighting will help enhance the videos. Students utilize technology to make edits to the raw footage captured during class.
