My Project

I teach students between the ages of 3 to 5 years with exceptionalities. Throughout their day in my classroom, students spend time practicing many critical early development skills that will provide the groundwork for their school career. I am very fortunate to have some wonderful materials and activities for students to engage with daily, but a few of our most loved items are in need of replacements.

The materials requested in this project will offer students endless opportunities to build, manipulate, count, sort, label, and differentiate, as well as foster social skills such as turn-taking, sharing, communication, and Kindergarten readiness.

The bristle blocks and magna tiles will make great additions to our classroom manipulatives and will allow students to learn through science and STEM activities. The monsters will offer gross motor and fine motor skill practice as well as creativity and fun!
