My Project
Our students are eager learners who thrive on making connections to the world around them. However, the disruptions caused by COVID-19 have made it challenging for them to develop a strong foundation in geography and global awareness. A pull-down world map will be an invaluable tool in enhancing their understanding of where they live and how they are connected to the broader world.
As we explore historical and current events, both the map and a globe will help students develop a deeper perspective on their place, culture, and connections to others.
These resources will be integrated into all subject areas, allowing students to visualize historical contexts, geographical relationships, and the diverse cultures that shape our world.
By incorporating these visual learning tools into daily instruction, we can foster a greater appreciation for history, geography, and global citizenship, helping students understand not just where they are, but how they fit into the larger human story.
