My Students

My students are eager learners who need hands on experiences to master abstract concepts. Inquiry is the standard in our class. Making mistakes and problem solving are key elements to the day.

Hands on learning is exciting for children.

Developing and understanding of the world through questioning with make my students problem solvers in the future.

Poverty should not prevent inquiring minds from experiencing science the way it is meant to be experienced; hands on!! Give the gift of experience.

My Project

I am seeking an indoor aquaponic fish tank for my students. This will let them see science in action. The importance of a balanced ecosystem and agriculture.

My students live in an rural community rich with agricultural history.

Having students see new innovative ways to seek alternative ways to keep this agricultural heritage alive.

Teaching students the effects of a balanced ecosystem and how the ecosystem affects agricultural.

Having an indoor system will allow students to see first hand how all aspects of the environment are interconnected. This will help the students to see how their decisions affect the environment.
