My Students
My students are eager to learn, curious, and active! We are a neighborhood school, which many of my students have attended since Pre-K. Our parents and community are actively involved. However, many of my students face learning challenges and seek alternative ways to engage in instruction. Over 40% of my class is economically disadvantaged. It is my goal to provide my students with an environment that is comfortable, safe, and provides each student with the opportunity to reach their academic potential.
My Project
My students are excited to learn each day! Each student strives to take their education further by expanding their learning opportunities. The use of technology in the classroom will enable my students to reach beyond their finger tips to a world of endless possibilities. The use of Chromebooks will allow my students a chance to access information that they do not have access too at home. Our school encourages the implementation of technology, but our resources are limited. With Chromebooks, each student would be able to participate in research projects and utilize websites such as Zearn and Moby Max to enhance their learning.
