This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school has a small overgrown area that was once a beautiful, successful garden. Every year, I have students interested in bringing the garden back to life, but we never had the resources to make it happen. This year we are determined to make this dream a reality.

Help our school bring this garden back to life!

Our school has decided to work together to bring this project back to life. The garden tools in this project are tools needed to get the area cleaned up and prepared. We need a shovel to help and clear off the overgrown plants around the raised beds, gloves to protect our students hands when pulling weeds, and a variety of other tools needed to loosen and prep the soil.
