My Project
My students are hungry for books that open their eyes to the real world—stories of innovation, survival, discovery, and resilience. Unfortunately, our nonfiction section is outdated, leaving many students without the high-interest reads that could spark a lifelong passion for learning.
With your support, I’ll be able to fill our library with engaging nonfiction titles that connect to students’ interests and expand their understanding of the world.
From eye-opening biographies to thrilling accounts of natural disasters, science mysteries, and social justice movements, these books will provide diverse, accessible, and relevant reading options for a wide range of readers.
Nonfiction isn't just about facts—it’s about curiosity, connection, and critical thinking. These books will support independent reading, research projects, and discussions that build empathy and real-world awareness. Your donation will help students see that nonfiction can be just as exciting as fiction—and maybe even more powerful.
Thank you for helping us build a library that inspires wonder, inquiry, and confidence in every reader.
