My Project

The 10th grade students are bright, resilient, and eager to learn, despite the many challenges that come with being teenagers today. What I love most is their willingness to grow, support one another, and engage in meaningful discussions about health and wellness. Our 10th grade class includes approximately 1,500 students. These mindfulness and meditation supplies will allow students to actively practice stress management, emotional regulation, focus, and self-awareness during health class. By providing these tools, I can help students build healthy habits and lifelong skills that support their mental health, well-being, and academic success.
