This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal is to bring a color printer into the classroom to help increase student engagement and support visual learning. Bright colors make a noticeable difference in how students interact with materials—anchor charts become easier to reference when key concepts are highlighted in color, and classroom tools like behavior charts and daily schedules are more engaging and easier to follow. My students are curious, enthusiastic learners who love coming to school and discovering new things. A color printer would help bring lessons to life and support their excitement for learning in a meaningful and lasting way.
