This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Bringing joy into students’ lives during the Christmas season is especially important for those from low-income families who may not have the opportunity to experience holiday celebrations at home. A classroom holiday party will not only provide them with a memorable experience but also strengthen their relationships with one another through fun games and activities. By sharing in the holiday spirit, students will build a sense of community and teamwork that will carry over into their daily lives. Each child will also have the chance to create their own ornament to hang on our classroom tree, giving them a sense of pride and belonging during this special time of year.
