My Project

I am a third grade teacher in a lower income school district. The students in my classroom all receive a free lunch due to the poverty stricken area. The last thing I want my students to have to worry about is having the necessary school supplies like pencils and markers to use throughout the school year.

I teach in a variety of creative ways and the items in this project will help my students learn through creativity without the worry of supplying their own materials.

These materials, such as tye-dye, glue sticks and pencils will be used to create educational posters in ELA, projects in social studies, and a variety of other crafty activities.
