Bringing Color to Our Kindergarten Class

Help me give my students ink to print colored resources and activities to increase motivation, comprehension, and engagement

FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Perry's classroom raised $294

This project is fully funded

My Students

My students are from a large, urban community that welcomes families from all backgrounds. They bring a blend of diversity, prior experiences, and culture to our school. I teach in a Kindergarten inclusion classroom where several of my students receive special education services for a range of disabilities, including intellectual, emotional, autism spectrum disorder, and many other specific learning disabilities. Many of my students also receive ESL services. The majority of my students receive free breakfast and lunch, which are now being offered remotely to every child/family that needs it.

They are a hard-working group of students that are eager to learn!

My Project

Color makes such a difference in learning and my students deserve to see the world around them in color! This ink and these colored flair pens will enhance the learning of my students and help them see things in their true colors, not just in black and white.

Having a colored ink will give me the opportunity to print out engaging resources for my students to use.

By having colored ink I will be able to use it to print out a variety of things such as interactive visual aids, sight words, flashcards, picture cards, number charts, and much, much more for my students to use. The possibilities are endless!

Your generous donation of ink and flair markers will add color to our classroom. It will be greatly appreciated and will be put to good use.
