Our students will use these iPads, protective covers and headphones during centers. Students can use a variety of literacy and math apps, as well as listen to stories. Students will be able to practice fundamental reading and math skills while having fun. Our students will use the STEM kits to solve real world problems. These STEM kits will increase engagement and motivation among our students, as they integrate science, technology, engineering, and math at a developmentally appropriate level. Additionally, students will interact with the materials to work on their problem solving and critical thinking skills collaboratively. Both the iPads and STEM kits will provide a catalyst for our students to develop 21st century skills in ways that are intrinsically motivating and exceptionally engaging.
