Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to create! First grade is a time of imagination and creativity. This printer, paper, and supplies will help students to create books. Students will be able to practice the writing process going from a draft to a final project. They will have the opportunity to illustrate their own book.

Students will create their own stories using these supplies to "bring their books to life!" Students will write their stories and a printed copy will be shared in our class library and also one for the student to keep!
