Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will provide access to virtual reality headsets and educational VR software to supplement our reading curriculum. Students will use VR to explore story settings, engage with historical and literary content, and develop deeper understanding of complex texts.
They come from diverse backgrounds, bring unique perspectives to class discussions, and are committed to achieving their goals.
What makes them truly special is their resilience, creativity, and drive to master complex ideas—even when they’re challenging. Many of my students are eager learners who thrive when instruction includes technology, collaboration, and innovation. With the right tools, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.
