Help me give my students the tools needed to connect our school community by bringing student performances,and events directly to the community through live streaming with the Elgato Cam link, Stream desk, and needed connections.

My Project

Help us connect our school community by bringing student performances, events, and campus news broadcasts directly to families, friends, and the community through live streaming! With your support, we can provide a front-row seat to all the exciting happenings at our school—no matter where our viewers are.We are seeking funding for professional live video streaming equipment to enhance our school's media capabilities.

Let’s stream success together—one event at a time!

The requested items include:

1) Elgato Cam Link 4K: Converts high-quality cameras into streaming tools.

2) Elgato Stream Deck: A customizable control panel for seamless live production.

3) Cable Matters 2-Pack Micro HDMI to HDMI Adapter: Connects cameras to streaming devices.

4) 25-foot 8K HDMI Cable: Provides flexibility in setting up live streams in large spaces like auditoriums or gyms.

This live streaming pack will enable us to showcase student talent, share performances, spelling bees, and other special events live, so families and the community can support our students even if they can’t attend in person. Broadcast Campus News: Create a student-led campus news broadcast, empowering students with public speaking, journalism, and technical skills. Foster a sense of community and pride as we highlight our students' accomplishments and school activities. Ensure that all families, including those unable to attend events in person, can stay connected to their child's educational experience.

In today’s digital age, communication and connection are vital. By integrating live streaming technology, we can bring our school into homes, workplaces, and communities—making everyone feel included and engaged. This project will also provide students with hands-on experience in media production, preparing them for future opportunities in technology and communication fields.
