As most school districts and universities move to one to one programs, our students need to learn the appropriate technology skills to further their education career!
Our students come from a wide variety of backgrounds, and the library is the place that equalizes them.
We have students from around the block and around the world. We have students that are learning English and that are learning other languages. Give to a school that has many cultures, diversity, and adversity!
My Project
Our students have a virtual library available to them through the district, but many do not take advantage or are even aware of the items available! Help me open their eyes to the vast resources they can use on an iPad (or other devices they have at home!). With these iPads, they will be able to practice using the resources and will know what is available to them.
Once they are aware of what is available to them, and how to use it, they will use their new-found knowledge, and use their own creativity to take them even further!
These iPads will excite them and motivate them to read ore books, do more research and may even ignite the spark to work in technology in the future! Please invest in our students who will, with your help, change the future!
