Bring Comfort and Creativity to My Class

My students need a Nugget Comfort for our classroom. It will provide a couch for reading or relaxing. The Nugget will also be able to provide students with an opportunity to let their imaginations soar!

My Students

As I begin my journey at Parkside, I want to start my year off with some great materials. I am looking forward to using my experience in Reggio training and applying it to a art focused school.

I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but I’m excited for school to start again!

Students participate in instrumental music lessons and dance classes along with art, music and physical education specialist classes on a weekly/daily basis. After touring the school, I could tell it’s a place I’ll like to work for a long time.

My Project

Students will be able to use the Nugget as a place to relax, read and rest. The Nugget can be set up like a couch as a perfect place for that! The Nugget will allow students imagination to soar as the Nugget can be transformed into a couch, a booth, a bed, a tent and hundreds of other combinations! I can not wait to see what my students come up with. Mostly I am excited to provide students with a unique place for collaboration and problem solving. The Nugget will help develop the skills essential for successful kindergarteners and adults!
