This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Years ago we ditched the pencils in our kindergarten classroom in exchange for Flair pens for a multitude of reasons. After teaching students how to use them and care for them correctly, Flair pens will last us the entire year and help students see and correct their mistakes while writing, copy and trace with bold lines while drawing and learning handwriting, and engage students with their fun colors and novel use.
We are SO glad we made the switch from traditional pencils to Flair pens in kindergarten and, with your support, we can continue to use the best writing utensils in our classroom to get the most from our students.
Pens and paper will help us to do the things we need to do to learn the material in Social Studies and ELA. Many thanks to you in advance for helping us get enough of these supplies to last the remainder of the year.
