This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I hope this letter finds you well. At our school, we are dedicated to creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment for our students. One of the ways we do this is by maintaining vibrant, creative school boards throughout our building, that showcase student work, highlight important information, and celebrate our school community.

To enhance these displays and bring our school boards to life, we are seeking donations of printer laminator sheets, laminator machines, and decorative borders.

These materials are essential for protecting and beautifying student projects and announcements, allowing them to be displayed more effectively and last longer throughout the school year.

We are seeking support to fund a printer that will serve a valuable double purpose in our school community. First, it will enable us to print vibrant images and letters that will bring our school boards to life, helping us decorate and brighten the halls with student work and important announcements. Second, it will allow us to print certificates for student achievements, such as perfect attendance and other accomplishments, giving our students tangible recognition for their hard work and dedication.

Your generous support would help us provide a more dynamic and motivating space for our students, staff, and visitors. Any contribution, whether in the form of materials or financial assistance to purchase these items, would make a significant difference in enriching our school environment.
